We have shipped many plans to Canadian customers. Although our plansets are not drawn specifically to the Canadian building codes they are apparently accepted in many areas of Canada. In case they are not, we honor our guarantee and return policy.

ONTARIO:
Some parts of the province have added restrictions to "registered only" designers and architects. Behm Design is in the US and has no registrations established in Canada. It would be adviseable to verify local requirements with your building department before ordering plans. Shipping to Canada is limited to US Global Express Mail, which costs US$18 and takes 4 to 7 days or DHL International Overnight, which costs US$38 and can arrive within 1-3 days. Both shipping methods are trackable.
